Mystified has experimented with many genres of electronic music, and has specialized in ambient music. Phonography, illbient, minimal, industrial, experimental, and other genres are represented, as well. Mystified has wide online listening audience. We have been featured in the catalog of prestigious label Soleilmoon, and have been remixed by ambient master Robin Storey of Rapoon. We have created exclusive album releases at Latex, Transceover, Pivotal, Dreamland, Sine Fiction, Webbed Hand, Enough, 20kbps, Blue Water, Treetrunk, Dark Winter, Benekkea, Infinite Sector, Gears Of Sand, Mannequin Oddio, TZP Drone Company, Batman And Robin and Mbira Records.
Our self-released album, "Vagabond, Pirate", became an Editors Pick in both Industrial and Ambient genres at CDBaby.com.
Thomas of Mystified was chosen to be featured in the local artist spotlight in 11/2005 at KDHX 88.1 fm Saint Luis. Our online stations at Live 365.com internet radio were featured in November 2000´s issue of Spin Magazine as 2 of the best dj´d stations on the web.
Field Recording work by Thomas has been featured in "The Quiet American´s" One-Minuter Vacations project. Music videos by mystified have appeared on CBC´s "Zed-TV".
Thomas has produced soundtracks for a bartending simulation cd, several full length fims, 2 charity/relief cds, a global peace festival (Caos-Sonoscope),2 art festivals(Burning Man 2004 and 2005), and other purposes.
