Lewis Gilbert
Lewis is a location sound recordist for documentary and film from South Yorkshire in
the UK. His interest in sound recording came while studying at university in Leeds.
Lewis’ film work takes him around the globe, most recently to the Catalan Pyrenees,
where in-between recording actors dialogue he will record the environment in as much
detail as possible. He has worked with a wide range of professionals including
architects, photographers, artists and archivists on projects and installations across
Europe.
