Giesela

Giesela

In 1951 she saw the light of day in a small village in Northern Germany.

She grew up with her older sister and led a sheltered life.

Giesela was a small girl. The chair with the most pillows lying on it was the place would be found.

Little by little she took the first steps into creativity, showing in her interest in painting and making bouquets of flowers.

After her apprenticeship as a tailor she had two babies on whom she could allow free play to her creativity.

Improvisation was her principal theme, in art and in life.

After she divorced her first husband she recollected and cut her own path for many years.

En route she found her present husband and they have lived in the same village since then.
